Refund Policy
If a user purchases a reselling plan and later requests a refund, the following terms and conditions will apply:
Commission Deduction:
Any commissions, bonuses, or incentives previously paid to the user will be deducted from the refundable amount. Only the net amount (excluding commissions) will be eligible for a refund.
Refund After 3 Months:
If the refund request is made after 6 (six) months of purchasing the reselling plan, the user must refer a minimum of 3 (three) active resellers to same position the platform.
These resellers must be verified and actively engaged in the system.
The refund process will begin only after the referred resellers are confirmed.
Offer-Based Reselling Plan Purchases:
If a reselling
plan is purchased through a promotional offer or campaign, any refund or
return request will be processed strictly according to the terms and
conditions of that specific offer. No general refund policy will apply
in such cases.
Additional Conditions:
A formal refund request must be submitted in writing (via email or designated form).
Refund processing may take 7 to 30 business days.
The company reserves the right to modify the policy at any time without prior notice.
